MITAN-X1 ARCHITECTURAL STUDY

Product study · Architectural concept. Geometry and component counts are illustrative, not physical specifications.

## Every engine. Working toward the same result.

MITAN-X1 composes specialized execution with a shared SoC substrate. Its semantic memory, compute fusion and reasoning functions are coordinated with power and trust policy.

### A mixed reasoning workflow

An illustrative route through state, specialized compute and control shows why the integrated machine matters. Integration evidence remains bound to the exact SoC release.

### Before integration.

The flagship joins semantic-memory, solver/reasoning, compute-fusion and semantic-transport tiles to a shared SoC substrate. Peripherals, reliable digital links and host interfaces are part of the integration scope. Process-specific PHYs, clocking, pads and package implementation require separately qualified collateral.

- Exact SoC/top and configuration
- Clock, reset, power and pad contract
- Memory, PHY and package dependencies
- Release-specific PVT and signoff views

The selected release must confirm:

- Node/library binding
- Clock/reset limits
- Physical and protocol dependencies
- Artifact hashes
- Acceptance criteria

Unpublished values are not inferred from family names or architecture targets.

Source + model

## Know the release.
Know what it establishes.

Our records show source integration, controlled donor provenance and executed architecture/reference-model campaigns. Integrated SoC HDL, synthesis, formal, DFT and physical qualification remained pending at the recorded cutoff.

This is a controlled-portfolio summary, not a fresh execution of the chip qualification flow.

### Release-specific qualification

Reference-model results are not full-SoC signoff or measured silicon. The exact integrated release and target-node evidence control any physical delivery or performance claim.
