Product study · Architectural concept. Geometry and component counts are illustrative, not physical specifications.

## A connected path. From command to compute.

A dataflow accelerator implementation bringing compute tiles, movement and local state together.

### A streaming compute pipeline

Inspect the path from a command through movement, tile execution and observation. The diagram explains the recorded architecture; it does not simulate the chip.

Qualified release

### Before integration.

Connect the KAL command/control surface to the host, bind DMA and NoC endpoints to the intended data paths, and integrate the documented local-memory and scratchpad requirements. Timing, memory views and physical boundaries must match the frozen KAL-XD-700 release; a derivative requires its own qualification.

- Exact SoC/top and configuration
- Clock, reset, power and pad contract
- Memory, PHY and package dependencies
- Release-specific PVT and signoff views

The selected release must confirm:

- Node/library binding
- Clock/reset limits
- Physical and protocol dependencies
- Artifact hashes
- Acceptance criteria

Unpublished values are not inferred from family names or architecture targets.

Qualified release

## Know the release.
Know what it establishes.

The later R1.0 ledger records KAL-XD-700 signoff completion and a ChipIgnite package-ready release.

This is a controlled-portfolio summary, not a fresh execution of the chip qualification flow.

### Release-specific qualification

Pre-silicon release evidence; node changes and returned-silicon validation remain separate.
